Location: Sacramento, CA
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience)
A national labor and employment defense firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its Sacramento office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team that represents some of the largest employers in the United States.
About the Role
As part of the employment litigation defense team, you will:
- Defend single-plaintiff lawsuits and wage-and-hour class actions.
- Work directly with clients on strategic decisions.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of litigation experience; labor & employment background strongly preferred.
- Active California State Bar admission.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Strong understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures (state and federal).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
