Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience to join their growing national team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to depositions and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel on employment law compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a supportive, remote-first environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with bar in state you are residing in
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently and efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of legal writing and oral advocacy.
- Experience conducting and defending depositions, handling court appearances, and engaging in motion practice.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $240,000 annually
(Exact compensation will be based on geography, experience, skills, and other qualifications.) - Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based bonuses available.
