We're seeking an associate with 2-10 years of experience to join a dynamic, nationally recognized practice handling sophisticated matters across the country. This is a great opportunity for attorneys with litigation experience who want to build or deepen expertise in consumer finance and regulatory law.
What you'll do
- Manage a litigation caseload with increasing ownership over time
- Represent financial institutions and service providers in complex disputes
- Work on cases involving FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, and related statutes
- Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings; attend depositions and hearings
- Collaborate across offices and help support junior team members as you grow
- Contribute to regulatory matters and government investigations
What you bring
- 2-10 years of litigation experience (commercial or financial services preferred)
- Exposure to consumer finance laws is a strong plus
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases and work collaboratively in a national team
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
