About the Opportunity
Are you a Real Estate lawyer looking for your next move at a genuinely global platform? I'm currently working with a leading international law firm across Munich and Hamburg, actively looking to strengthen its Real Estate team with a strong associate.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with real international reach, advising institutional investors, developers, and funds on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the German market, spanning acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions, real estate finance, and asset/project development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising on the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to complex portfolio and forward-funding deals
- Supporting institutional investors, developers, and funds on high-value commercial and residential real estate matters
- Working closely with the firm's Corporate, Tax, and Finance teams on cross-practice real estate transactions, including real estate M&A and financing structures
- Gaining genuine early responsibility and direct client exposure, working alongside partners with strong standing in the Munich and Hamburg real estate markets
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's international network on cross-border real estate mandates
What We're Looking For
- Qualified German lawyer (Volljurist/in) with strong academic results across both State Examinations
- 1-5 years PQE in Real Estate, ideally gained at a leading international, US, or top German firm
- Fluent German and strong business English
- A genuine interest in real estate transactional work and a proactive, commercially minded approach
- Comfortable working within an international, cross-practice deal environment
