My client is a leading Financial institution firm and we are recruiting for a FICC Regulatory Compliance mandate to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all compliance related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market. We are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry.
Responsibilities for this FICC, Senior Regulatory Compliance (VP) role
- Provide advisory on regulatory requirements to line managers for business-as-usual matters, and general compliance matters to all entities/businesses
- Involvement in new initiatives and projects to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review completed compliance assessment return and prepare periodic compliance related reporting on the company's overall compliance with the regulatory requirements, including significant breaches if any
- Keep abreast of upcoming, new and revised rules, regulations and directives applicable to the business, and facilitate changes, as required
Requirements for this FICC, Senior Regulatory Compliance (VP)
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance in financial services / FICC / Financial Markets
- Able to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and tight timelines
