Litigation Attorney - Austin Texas
A national client is seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Southern California. This is a full-time position with flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. The successful candidate may be based in Los Angeles or San Diego.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of litigation practice experience.
- Active California Bar license.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Hands-on trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions.
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools and processes.
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
