Litigation Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office for their Commerical Litigation practice. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated business disputes and the chance to work with a diverse client base, including national and multinational corporations, financial institutions, professional services firms, and businesses across a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage traditional and electronic discovery
- Assist with and/or take and defend depositions
- Appear before state and federal courts
- Collaborate with litigation teams on complex commercial litigation matters
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission and good standing
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling motion practice, discovery, and depositions
Compensation
- Base salary range: $235,000 - $365,000
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus
