We are partnered with a highly regarded national client seeking a talented and driven mid-level attorney to join their thriving product liability and class action litigation practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team handling high-stakes, complex litigation for major clients across a range of industries.
The ideal candidate will bring 2-6 years of litigation experience and a strong interest-or background-in defending product manufacturers, distributors, and other corporate clients in sophisticated liability and class action matters. This role offers hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to strategy and case development from day one.
Responsibilities:
Support a dynamic litigation team focused on product liability, mass torts, and class action defense.
Manage case files, conduct legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Participate in strategy development, client communications, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build strong defenses.
Qualifications:
2-6 years of litigation experience required; product liability or class action experience preferred.
JD from an accredited law school.
Strong academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first tier law school preferred)
Licensed to practice in Georgia
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
$180,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
