What You'll Do
In this role, you'll take the lead on a wide range of employment litigation matters. You will:
- Manage cases independently from early strategy through resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings with precision and creativity
- Oversee all aspects of discovery
- Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Handle matters involving discrimination claims and restrictive covenant issues
This position is ideal for someone who is energized by courtroom advocacy and wants substantial hands-on litigation experience.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
