Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions in employment litigation matters
- Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses
- Manage multiple active cases with varying timelines and complexity
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups
- Engage directly with clients and contribute to litigation strategy
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong background in wage & hour, class action, and PAGA matters
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Must be admitted to practice law in California
