In-House Counsel - Real Estate
A renowned telecoms company is looking to hire a Real Estate Counsel. With presense in all 50 states, this PE backed company is considered one of the best of its kind in the country. This compnay has thousands of cell sites around the country and is continuing to grow rapidly. On the back of this growth, the team is looking to bring on an attorney who can handle any and all real estate transactions. This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days on-site in Westchester County, NY
Responsibilities:
- Handle any and all real estate transactions, including acquisitions
- Using firm negotiation skills to neogitate multi-million dollar deals
- Negotiate with key business partners and clients to ensure best outcome for company
- Manage relationships both cross functionally within the business and with clients
- Advice on legal issues to the company
- Oversee operations with all real estate parties (managers, brokers, asset holders, etc)
Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Real estate transaction experience, including lease buyout, commercial ground, warehouse agreements, etc.
- Experience successfully closing on acquisitions
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Strong attitude when handling negotiating and closing deals
- 4 days a week in-office in Westchester County, NY
