As the business continues to grow and diversify, they are seeking a Junior Real Estate Attorney to join their in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide legal guidance and support across a wide range of real estate and corporate matters while contributing to the company's long-term strategic goals.
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerical real estate leasing and transactions, providing legal counsel on all aspects of real estate development, investment, and operations. You will report directly into th General Counsel and collaborate closely with senior management and other departments to ensure that the company's legal affairs are properly managed, mitigated, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctor
- Active License in any state
- 2+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Space
- Strong Preference for Leasing expereince
