My client is a leading and growing Medical Device Firm and we are recruiting for an Trade Compliance professional. You will be given the opportunity to support the wider Legal, Compliance and Operations team and work closely with stakeholders in the market.
Responsibilities for this Global Trade Compliance - Medical Device role
- Lead global logistics and trade compliance, setting strategy, governance, and standards across regions.
- Maintain group-wide trade compliance policies aligned with corporate governance, SGX expectations, and medical device import/export regulations.
- Supervise import/export documentation reviews to ensure adherence to customs and export control regulations.
Requirements for this Global Trade Compliance - Medical Device role
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in global trade compliance or logistics, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong expertise in customs valuation, tariff classification, and import/export control compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade frameworks
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
