A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a General Liability Litigation Associate to join its growing New York team. This opportunity is available in New York City and offers a flexible hybrid schedule.
This role is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense or general liability litigation experience looking to take on a sophisticated caseload while working closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
* Handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and discovery
* Work directly with clients and provide regular case updates
* Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
Target Experience:
* 3-8 years of litigation experience
* Insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, or personal injury matters
* Experience with construction/labor law, trucking, transportation, or related defense litigation is highly preferred
* New York admission required
