Our client is seeking a Finance Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join the Corporate Practice Group of a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated financing transactions while collaborating with an accomplished team in a nationally recognized practice. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to play a key role in complex transactions involving lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, and private credit providers.
Key Responsibilities
-Represent clients in corporate finance, lending, and real estate finance transactions.
-Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents.
-Advise clients on covenant compliance and ongoing financing matters.
-Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate transaction teams through all stages of a deal.
-Manage specialists and other stakeholders involved in financing transactions.
-Support loan originations, amendments, restructurings, and other financing matters.
-Handle multiple matters simultaneously while delivering high-quality, client-focused work product.
Qualifications
-J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
-3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, private credit, or related transactional practices.
-Experience representing financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers in finance transactions.
-Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including experience with loan, security, intercreditor, and related financing documents.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Base Salary: $180,000 - $315,000
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic market. In addition to a competitive salary, the total rewards package includes bonus opportunities, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
