Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigator with 8+ years of employment litigation experience to join its fully remote practice.
This opportunity was intentionally built for attorneys who enjoy practicing law and handling sophisticated litigation but are looking for a more sustainable long-term platform. Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling employment matters through all phases of litigation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed and in good standing in their state of residence
- Familiarity with AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage them to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product
