The Healthcare Regulatory Counsel will be responsible for:
- Composing responses, applications, and notices for third party submission.
- Drafting and reviewing a wide variety of agreements related to operational issues.
- Provide legal analysis on compliance matters, investigations, and claims.
- Delivering timely and accurate regulatory compliance guidance connected to clinical operations and activities.
- Working collaboratively with legal teams to ensure professional delivery of legal services.
The Healthcare Regulatory Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor Degree Required.
- License to pratice law in Texas.
- 2-4 years of regulatory healthcare experience in a law firm or in-house settings.
- Familiarity with key legal and regulatory frameworks governing healthcare institutions and clinical operations.
