Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and business matters.
- Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers in complex transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related corporate documents.
- Manage and support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
- Counsel clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and ongoing business operations.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring and execution.
Corporate Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of corporate transnactional experience in a law firm environment.
- Experience handling mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional client service.
