We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiations, and risk management across a dynamic, construction-focused environment.
This is a high-impact role partnering with Legal, Commercial, and Operations to drive strong business outcomes while protecting the organization from risk.
What You'll Do
- Own the full contract lifecycle - drafting, negotiation, execution, and close-out
- Lead negotiations on complex agreements with customers and vendors
- Review and redline contracts with a focus on:
- Indemnification
- Consequential damages
- Liquidated damages
- Manage construction and vendor contracts with a commercial, risk-balanced approach
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, and Operations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risk
- Develop contract templates, standards, and best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on contract strategy
What You Bring
- Strong background in contracts management
- Proven experience with construction and commercial contracts
- Skilled negotiator with deep understanding of risk allocation
- Experience working cross-functionally with Legal and business teams
- Focused on contracts (not procurement, supply chain, or government contracts)
- Knowledge of UCC and relevant industry standards
Compensation
- Base: $140K-$160K
- Bonus: ~5-6% + additional performance upside
