Contracts Manager
Our client, a respected hospital system based in Tennessee, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to support their Compliance function. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and play a key role in managing the department's contractual operations.
Position Overview
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing, drafting, and reviewing a variety of contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Provider Agreements,Agreements ( BAAs), Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Statement of Works (SOWs) Physician Employment Agreements (PEAs) and other compliance-related documents. This individual will ensure that all contracts align with regulatory standards and organizational policies while maintaining strong internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Provider Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage the department's contract lifecycle and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract terms meet operational and legal standards.
- Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, and compliance timelines.
- Advise on contract risks and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations.
- Support the CCO in compliance audits and initiatives related to contractual obligations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting.
