We are seeking an experienced healthcare compliance leader to join our client as Compliance Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a critical function within a dynamic healthcare organization based in Washington State.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance program in alignment with federal and state regulations, including guidance from the HHS Office of Inspector General and Department of Justice. This role serves as a key resource for compliance and ethics, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing compliance processes, tools, and training programs
  • Conducting audits, monitoring activities, and internal investigations
  • Advising leadership on compliance risks and remediation strategies
  • Managing required reporting and interactions with local, state, and federal agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare compliance
  • CHC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
