Compliance Manager - TCSP Firm

A growing Corporate Service Provider with regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions is seeking an experienced Compliance Policy, Regulatory Affairs & Governance Manager to join its Hong Kong office.

This opportunity is well suited to candidates who enjoy interpreting BVI, Cayman regulations, developing practical compliance frameworks and supporting senior-level governance initiatives. It is not a transaction-processing or pure KYC-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing review and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures around BVI, Cayman regulations
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential business and governance impacts.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, guidance and internal controls.
  • Act as a key liaison for regulatory enquiries, inspections and communications.
  • Support regulatory submissions, license maintenance and remediation projects.
  • Prepare regulatory correspondence, governance reports and board-level materials.
  • Coordinate governance arrangements including board and committee meetings.
  • Draft agendas, board packs, resolutions, minutes and action trackers.
  • Work closely with senior management, compliance stakeholders and external advisers on policy implementation and risk matters.
  • Deliver compliance and regulatory awareness initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Compliance, Risk, Governance, Corporate Secretarial or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in compliance policy drafting, regulatory affairs or governance functions.
  • Experience interacting with regulators and managing regulatory enquiries or inspections.
  • Exposure to offshore jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong TCSP.
  • Experience within regulated financial services, fiduciary, trust, fund administration, professional services, law firms or risk advisory environments.
  • Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
  • Chinese language ability preferred.
