Complex Litigation Associate

Complex Litigation Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex litigation cases from start to finish
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and prepare for trial proceedings
- Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on risk and resolution options
- Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and external partners to drive case outcomes
- Maintain direct client communication and deliver strategic legal counsel
- Ensure accurate and timely case documentation and reporting
Complex Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in defense litigation (e.g., general liability, personal injury, transportation)
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently
- Trial experience and familiarity with legal project management tools are a plus
