This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some o the country's top litigators on high-profile matters involving Fortune 500 companies, innovative start-ups, and major institutions across a broad spectrum of industries.
Complex Commercial Litigation Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic caseload of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with clarity and precision.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on sophisticated legal issues.
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to craft effective litigation strategies.
Complex Commercial Litigation Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school; Law Review or journal experience is highly preferred.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a significant plus.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
