The role is part of a dynamic litigation team focused on commercial disputes involving financial services, securities, and complex financial transactions. Position Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of litigation experience
- Ohio law license required
- Experience with bankruptcy and creditors' rights preferred
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Position Responsibilities
- Manage commercial litigation cases from inception through trial preparation
- Handle day-to-day case tasks and contribute to strategic case management
- Draft motions, discovery responses, and client reports
- Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings
- Assist in trial preparation including:
- Strategy development
- Discovery and records review
- Client interviews
- Witness preparation
