A well-established, mid-sized law firm in the Greater Washington, D.C. area is seeking a talented Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its growing team. 🔍 What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, purchase agreements, service contracts, etc.)
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters
- Support M&A and other strategic business transactions
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with entity formation, joint ventures, and partnerships
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- J.D. and eligibility to practice in Maryland (VA and DC bar a plus)
- 2-5 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm or in-house
- Strong knowledge of M&A, corporate law, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- A client-focused mindset and collaborative working style
