Associate Director/Director, Compliance
- Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of the global transparency reporting program across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee transparency systems, vendors, and data quality controls
- Enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls supporting transparency compliance
- Develop and leverage dashboards and analytics to identify trends, risks, and compliance gaps
- Support the design and execution of risk-based monitoring activities (e.g., HCP engagements, commercial activities, spend analysis)
- Contribute to compliance risk assessments and continuous improvement of monitoring frameworks
- Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Assist with internal compliance investigations, including data review, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Legal and HR as needed to support resolution of potential compliance concerns
- Serve as a key compliance business partner to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Finance, and Operations
- 7-12 years of experience in healthcare compliance within pharmaceutical or biotech organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets and translate insights into business recommendations
- Proven experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
