Associate Director/Director, Compliance
Our client is a publicly-traded, commercial-stage biopharma focused in the rare-disease space that is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Compliance. This individual will play a critical role in leading the company's global transparency reporting program while supporting broader compliance analytics, monitoring, and investigations activities. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role partnering closely with Legal, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Data teams to ensure compliance with global healthcare transparency and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of the global transparency reporting program across multiple jurisdictions
  • Oversee transparency systems, vendors, and data quality controls
  • Enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls supporting transparency compliance
  • Develop and leverage dashboards and analytics to identify trends, risks, and compliance gaps
  • Support the design and execution of risk-based monitoring activities (e.g., HCP engagements, commercial activities, spend analysis)
  • Contribute to compliance risk assessments and continuous improvement of monitoring frameworks
  • Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Assist with internal compliance investigations, including data review, documentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR as needed to support resolution of potential compliance concerns
  • Serve as a key compliance business partner to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Finance, and Operations
Qualifications:
  • 7-12 years of experience in healthcare compliance within pharmaceutical or biotech organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets and translate insights into business recommendations
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
