This is an exclusive, confidential search for a client with an industry-leading asset securitization and finance practice. The team focuses on helping clients finance a broad range of financial assets and is recognized for its ability to execute highly sophisticated financing transactions in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

What We Do:
- Represent issuers in establishing, structuring, and restructuring securitization programs for traditional assets (credit cards, auto loans and leases, consumer loans).
- Advise ABCP sponsors and commercial banks on structuring and financing a wide array of financial assets.
- Handle asset-backed transactions involving unique revenue streams and esoteric asset classes.
- Represent issuers, underwriters, investors, and trustees in financing transactions across diverse asset classes.
- Lead industry groups on market-wide initiatives addressing major regulatory reforms.
- Counsel clients on derivatives, structured products, and portfolio acquisitions financed through securitizations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Asset-based finance
- Leveraged finance
- Secured lending
- Capital markets
- Private equity
- Project finance
- Securitization and/or structured finance
- Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Substantial experience in private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending, asset-backed lending, and/or structured lending).
- Bonus: CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS experience (not required but a plus).
