Associate Attorney Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Asset Finance & Securitization Associate Attorney to join its thriving finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in structured finance, with a focus on asset-backed securitizations and related transactions. Asset Finance & Securitization Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent issuers, underwriters, and investors in public and private securitization transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering memoranda, purchase agreements, and servicing agreements.
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to asset-backed securities and structured finance.
- Conduct due diligence and manage deal execution from inception through closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, regulatory, and litigation attorneys, to provide comprehensive client service.
Asset Finance & Securitization Associate Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 2-7 years of experience in asset finance, structured finance, or securitization at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office or ability to become admitted promptly.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
