Associate Attorney Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Asset Finance & Securitization Associate Attorney to join its thriving finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in structured finance, with a focus on asset-backed securitizations and related transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a market-leading team on complex, high-value deals involving a wide range of asset classes.

Asset Finance & Securitization Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent issuers, underwriters, and investors in public and private securitization transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering memoranda, purchase agreements, and servicing agreements.
  • Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to asset-backed securities and structured finance.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage deal execution from inception through closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, regulatory, and litigation attorneys, to provide comprehensive client service.

Asset Finance & Securitization Associate Attorney Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • 2-7 years of experience in asset finance, structured finance, or securitization at a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office or ability to become admitted promptly.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
