Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and transactional documents
- Manage deal processes and timelines, offering strategic legal counsel throughout
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams on complex transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A and general corporate law
- Oversight of transactional work, from inception to closing
- Active license to practice law in Ohio (or ability to obtain promptly)
