Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
  • Open to candidates in multiple locations; preference for regional experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in labor and employment law or related litigation.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
