A respected law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation team. This position involves working on a variety of complex matters, including labor and employment, intellectual property, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation issues. The role offers flexibility in office location and a competitive compensation package.

Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

  • Handle a range of litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases and client initiatives.
  • Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in your state of residence/state of office location
  • 3-8 years of experience in general litigation; experience in commercial disputes preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
