About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join their cutting-edge group as Counsel/Sr Counsel focused on Charges. This is not your typical law firm role, think high-level legal work without the grind. You'll enjoy a fully remote position, a reduced billable requirement (1,500-1,750 hours), and zero business development obligations. What You'll Do:
- Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from start to finish.
- Draft persuasive position statements and respond to agency requests for information.
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.
- Collaborate with a team that leverages data-driven technology and streamlined workflows for efficiency and impact.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6 years of employment law experience (management-side preferred).
- 6+ years of experience handling administrative agency charges at federal and state levels.
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
- Active bar license in your state of residence - Must be located in either California or Connecticut.
