- Compensation: $170,000-$190,000 + Monthly & Annual Bonuses
About the Role
- Join a nationally recognized litigation team focused on General Liability defense
- Handle diverse claims, including:
- Defective product claims
- Premises liability
- Personal injury
- Consumer protection
- Strict liability and negligence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of complex civil litigation
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
- Develop case strategy and lead trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and maintain direct client communication
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active New York Bar membership
- 5-8 years of strong litigation experience
- Proven deposition and courtroom skills
- Excellent writing and communication abilities
- Tech-savvy and highly organized
Additional Details
- Billable Requirement: 1,950 hours (includes 50 pro bono)
- Bonus Structure: Monthly + Annual (Of Counsel bonuses are especially strong)
