Complex Litigation Managing Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, product liability, energy (renewable and traditional), and mass tort cases.
- Manage significant responsibilities such as conducting and defending depositions, making court appearances at key hearings, and handling mediations.
- Work directly with clients on strategy, case management, and risk assessment.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Collaborate with teams across offices to deliver exceptional client service.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the State Bar of the desired office location strongly preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience managing cases and engaging in high-level litigation tasks.
