A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Managing Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its dynamic Litigation Business Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex disputes across diverse industries for major national and global clients. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, innovative approach, and commitment to attorney development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, product liability, energy (renewable and traditional), and mass tort cases.
  • Manage significant responsibilities such as conducting and defending depositions, making court appearances at key hearings, and handling mediations.
  • Work directly with clients on strategy, case management, and risk assessment.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Collaborate with teams across offices to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the State Bar of the desired office location strongly preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience managing cases and engaging in high-level litigation tasks.
