CLIENT BACKGROUND

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Review shipping, commercial, and financial documents for compliance.
- Communicate with vendors and factories across Asia to gather information and resolve basic compliance issues.
- Prepare simple reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain organized documentation.
- Assist with ownership structure mapping, pricing research, and regulatory summaries.
- Support senior consultants with project updates and ad‑hoc tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Around 3-5 years' experience in compliance, logistics, supply chain, or professional services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable reviewing documents and conducting basic research in English and Chinese.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
