Structured Finance and Lending Counsel - Leading Global Bank
A leading international financial institution is looking to add a Senior Lending Counsel to its growing U.S. legal team. This is a high-impact role supporting complex lending activity across a sophisticated, global platform-offering significant visibility and clear long-term growth potential within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of corporate, leveraged, and structured lending transactions
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, guarantees, and related documentation
- Partner closely with front-office stakeholders on deal structuring, risk assessment, and execution
- Provide guidance on U.S. regulatory considerations impacting lending activities
- Support portfolio management, amendments, waivers, and restructurings
Qualifications
- JD and admission to a U.S. state bar
- 5-10 years of experience at a top law firm and/or financial institution
- Strong background in banking & finance / leveraged finance
- Proven ability to manage transactions independently in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Compensation
- Base Salary: $240,000 - $280,000
- Total Compensation: $350,000 - $380,000 (inclusive of bonus)
