Staff Attorney -- Litigation
A nationally ranked law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Staff Attorney with with a minimum of 5-8+ years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and complex matters alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions.
- Assist with managing complex discovery in large-scale litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and litigation teams throughout all phases of the litigation process.
- Support case management from inception through resolution.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of litigation experience.
- Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing discovery processes.
- Federal court experience preferred.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
