Our client, a leading national labor & employment law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join their highly respected EPLI practice. This full‑time, fully remote role focuses exclusively on EPLI litigation and offers the ability to work with a sophisticated national client base alongside a talented, distributed team.

The Opportunity
You will independently manage EPLI litigation matters while collaborating with colleagues across the country. This role combines autonomy with strong firm infrastructure, advanced resources, and a supportive national team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPLI cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct depositions, discovery, mediations, motion practice, and trial prep
- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic assessments
- Collaborate with a national team of seasoned employment litigators
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 8+ years of employment litigation experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be licensed to practice law in your state of residence
- Ability to handle a significant EPLI caseload independently

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000-$240,000 annually + eligibility for performance‑based bonuses
(Compensation varies based on geography, experience, and qualifications.)
