A national real estate practice seeks a senior associate with significant commercial leasing experience to support a broad platform, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, manufactured housing, retail and office leasing, tax structuring, and real estate financing.
Key Experience
- Significant commercial leasing experience for landlords and tenants
- Experience with owners, managers, users, and institutional clients (including REITs)
- Strong preference for office leasing expertise
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial leasing transactions with minimal oversight
- Draft, negotiate, and review office, industrial, and retail leases
- Partner with colleagues and clients across real estate matters
- Advise on leasing structures, strategy, and risk mitigation
- Support related transactions, including development and financing
- Provide responsive, business-focused client communication
