Responsibilities
As an Antitrust Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the organization's global antitrust compliance framework. Your main responsibilities include:
- Enhancing and continuously improving the company's antitrust compliance program, including standards, guidelines and training materials.
- Acting as a central point of contact for antitrust questions from stakeholders worldwide from commercial teams to senior leadership.
- Designing and delivering tailored antitrust training sessions for diverse groups across the organization.
- Conducting ongoing risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and driving the implementation of new compliance measures.
- Coordinating global compliance initiatives, including internal controls, monitoring tools and procedural adjustments.
- Working closely with legal, central functions and external experts to ensure practical, consistent and business‑oriented compliance advice.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/diverse) with bar admission or a comparable qualification.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in antitrust or compliance
- Background in an international corporate environment, law firm or professional services firm is beneficial.
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel when required.
