The practice is top tier ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500 and advises a high‑quality national and international client base. The work is varied and intellectually engaging, spanning complex employment, HR and business immigration matters for private and listed companies across a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, food and drink, technology, sport, retail, healthcare and education.
Recent work has included advising on diversity and inclusion initiatives, senior recruitment and workforce disputes including industrial action and union negotiations, supporting businesses through significant strike action and its operational impact, and acting for professional sports organisations on senior appointments, employment litigation and executive exits.
The team acts for a diverse mix of household name brands, global corporates and high‑profile organisations in the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate will be at least 5 years PQE and looking to take the next step at a leading full‑service firm based outside London, where decisions are made locally and career progression is driven by the people you work with day to day.
