Remote Employment Counsel

My client is seeking a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience to join its nationally recognized team as Employment Special Counsel. This is a full-time, remote position focused exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases. The ideal candidate will bring a strong litigation background, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and a proactive, client-centered approach to legal service.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a premier labor and employment law firm that represents management across a wide range of industries. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that handles complex EPLI matters for top-tier clients. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, with a focus on delivering strategic, efficient, and effective legal solutions.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence, and the position is open to attorneys residing in the following states:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Missouri
  • Washington

In accordance with state-specific pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, education, and qualifications. My client offers a generous compensation and benefits package, including:
