Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
  • Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the New York State Bar.
  • 3-6 years of experience in real estate transactional work at a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
