Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the New York State Bar.
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate transactional work at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
