A highly regarded law firm in Atlanta is seeking a Product Liability Associate with 2-8 years of litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated product liability matters while gaining significant responsibility and client interaction in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
- Handle all phases of complex product liability, mass tort, class action matters, and commercial litigation matters
- Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and manage discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in case strategy, client counseling, and trial preparation
- Work closely with experienced partners on high-profile litigation matters
Who We're Looking For:
- 2-8 years of litigation experience
- Product liability experience preferred, but strong commercial litigation backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed in Georgia or eligible for admission
