A nationally recognized labor & employment law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join its fully remote Virtual Office. This is a unique opportunity to handle employment litigation, administrative charges, and EPLI-related matters in a flexible, remote-first environment focused on high-quality legal work and strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle employment litigation matters in federal and state courts, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
* Manage administrative charges, demand letters, and EPLI matters from inception through resolution.
* Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; conduct legal research and case analysis.
* Collaborate remotely with partners, associates, and paralegals on active matters.
* Maintain direct communication with clients while managing deadlines and case strategy.
Key Qualifications
* J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
* Active bar admission in good standing (California preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
* Experience with EPLI matters strongly preferred.
* Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
