Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions across diverse sectors.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on deal structuring, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to talent development within the corporate group.
- Actively participate in business development and firm leadership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity.
