Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal support for M&A and investment transactions.
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence efforts with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements, and related commercial contracts.
- Advise senior leadership on transaction risks, structures, and strategic considerations.
- Manage outside counsel and collaborate with internal business and legal teams.
- Support post-closing integration and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
- Significant experience leading M&A transactions and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Venture capital transaction experience preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- $165,00,720 - $270,000 annually
