Litigation Attorney
We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience and be able to handle a variety of litigation matters in state and federal court. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to gain substantial court experience and client interaction from day one. Candidates will have the ability to work with a diverse range of clients, including corporations, charitable organizations, educational and nonprofit institutions, municipalities, governmental agencies, fiduciaries, and individual enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of litigation matters in state and federal court.
- Effectively communicate and provide advice to clients.
- Handle all pre-trial aspects including initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions.
- Manage a diverse and high-volume litigation caseload with efficiency from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of litigation experience, ideally handling a variety of litigation matters.
- Experience with trial preparation, courtroom proceedings, and depositions.
- JD from an accredited university with strong academic credentials.
- Active GA bar license.
- Strong skills in advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation.
